Eric Rottcher is a mixed media collage artist based in Silver Spring, MD, originally from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. His work explores themes of addiction, grief, memory, and psychological fragmentation through a mixed media approach, coupled with collage and décollage techniques. 

Rottcher’s artwork has been described as a blend of Neo-Expressionism, Pop Surrealism, and gritty Outsider Art. Through symbolic imagery—party hats, wilted flowers, teeth, eyes—he examines the aftermath of addiction, the struggle for recovery, and the emotional residue of lived experience.
